What Removes the Dull Grey "Mold Release" Film on New Tires?

I just received a set of Vredestein Ultrac Vorti tires, they have a film of mold release on the side walls.

Looking for a chemical/cleaner that removes it (PLEASE, no degreaser replies, tires are produced from oil. No Brillo/steel wool/wire brush replies too.)

No doubt!

Had never used it on tires before, left the rubber SUPER clean for dressing......

The sidewalls on those are ridiculously good looking, design wise.

Vredestein/Giugiaro call it a "designer" sidewall.

It's really looks unique.
