tdrag97 - What is the latest update? These lights should have shipped 2 weeks ago. Bavarian Hyper Sports needs to be on the phone daily with Hoen until this gets resolved.

Shipping should not be an issue here unless these parts are coming from overseas. From anywhere in the US, I can have a package in your hands in 1 day. Either Hoen USA has these bulbs or they don't. If they don't, when are they going to receive them? If they cannot supply an expected ship date, then maybe we need to open it up for discussion as to what the appropriate next step should be.

This is kind of lame. For the hassle I may have been better off paying full-price.......I would have them at this point at least. I know this is no reflection on tdrag..........he did a great job of setting this up.

Bavarian Hyper Sports should post in this forum directly and offer an explanation/update. That is just good customer service . There are many customers who have paid money and are waiting. I will remember not to order from this company directly in the future.

This is getting a little annoying, these should have been here a long time ago. I think we may need a refund or at least and update, please let us know whats up. We payed fast enough, we should be have received the product in a resonable amount of time....
