Radio Unit replacement

HI all My car is a BMW 2003 x5 E53
my Radio wires was Cut and dismembered. I have managed (at least I think) to put the wires in the right pin holes, The Head Unit goes on, I can see the GPS working, but I am getting no sound and I am not getting any Radio Function. Any Idea or assistance what can I do, Does anyone have a clear pic of what the White connector pins should look like on a BMW E53 2003. The Trunk connections looks all good its just the front of the head unit that was destroyed by previous owner. See pics and hope this can help you help me. Thx

I see on the white pin it say 3 NCA and 3 blackdo I need to have them in a specific pin hole?
