what is the diff between diamaris 275/40/20 102 w and 275/40/20 106 y?

The letter indicates the speed rating of the tire. Y is rated for faster than W. Not sure exactly what the speeds are. I could be wrong but the numbers shown next to the letter (102 W and 106 Y) look too low to be the speed rating

106Y has more load carrying capacity and a higher speed rating.... Both will lead to a harder sidewall.
