Nex X5 Sapphire Schwarz 215 Ferric Grey rims

Just got a brand new X5 3.0 diesel Sapphire Schwarz, fully loaded with 21" ferric grey 215 style rims. No roof rails, as X5 is SAV, not a truck. Fantastic car, especially dynamic drive = must

SAV = Sports Activity Vehicle. Surely if you are going to do some sports activity (e.g. surfing, skiing, cycling) you need somewhere to carry the appropriate kit? My Bikes go on the roof - so for me rails are a must for an SAV.

Chrome tips are standard on both the 3.0d and 3.0si in Europe.

The wheels make the difference + absence of roof rails accentuates the car's aerodynamic lines

Gotta have my roof rails. That's where the mountain bikes go during summer time and ski rack for the winter.

+1 If someone does not need the utility of a SAV, why not get a sedan which always looks and handles better.
