wheel well part question

Hi,

On the right side wheel well , on 2005 x5. Right where the tire is there is a small plastic cover in front of thre tire whih protects probably from water and dirt. The snaps on mine have broken and so its like a small gap there. any idea wha that part is called and is can be bought. Can send a pic to clarify part.thanks

i also have this problem as a bodyshop didnt replace the screws for that. I would also like to know about the repair.
