$6,500.... That is a hell of a lot of money for a brake kit. You could either powdercoat your calipers or paint them and buy cross drilled rotors for a fraction of the price...

Rotors:

Take a look at my posts to see how my brakes look!

Thanks for the link.
I would not be be paying that much, I have a heavily modded M3, and been doing business with a few retailers for a long time, so I get good pricing.

Upgrading rotors and painting your calipers is not really the same thing as a BBK. I will admit though, a BBK on a SUV is def more show then anything. I track my M3, so my BBK on that is worth every penny. Im also looking to get slotted and not drilled.
I was hoping their would be some members here that have add a Bembo or Stoptech kit already.

At my work, we are distributor for Brembo BBKs. Pricing on Brembo BBKs is simply ridiculous. Our regular selling price is $4123.20 for the front (380x34 8 piston) and $2683.20 for the rear (345x28 4 piston), which makes it $6806.40 for the set. Our cost is $4963 for a F/R set. Even cost is pretty ridiculous when you compare a Brembo BBK and a similar Stoptech BBK.

What's the minimum rim size you need to clear the BBK? I'm assuming you can't run 18" rims anymore once you go up?

Those brake pics are MINT . I can't imagine how that 4.6 accelerated with the S3 supercharger mod. Too bad you got rid of it, but I'm sure you must be scheming something evil to take its place ...
