I have 2002 4.4 and i'm going to lower suspension at dealer. Has anyone done this and if so was there a big difference in comfort when driving normally. Cheers

If you have springs in the front and air at the rears you will need lowering springs for the front and rear end links for the rear that will fool the computer into thinking that the rear is riding high and then drop some of the air out of the rear to level with the front.
