The butt looks big....maybe it's the missing rocker cover that's throwing me off. The Euro guys just love their hatches!

New spy shots of 3GT. Rumors are that it will have an M version as well.

Yep, BMW should have learned with the 5-er GT. German engineers are known to be a little stubborn though...

5GT is popular in China. Euro guys love hatchbacks and wagons, North Americans apparently do not.

I don't know if it is popular in China or not, but in general, the GT has been a sales bust from everything I have seen. It also really isn't really a hatchback or a wagon. It is more of a BMW segment mutation. I would personally rather drive a wagon than either a 3 or 5 GT. Unfortunately for BMW, in wagon form the A4 Avant looks better than the 3 series. We will have to see what the new wagon looks like (if we even get one).
