03 in Laguna Seca Blue with Nav is the car. and I think we are looking at less than 12 months to get to my price point.

The E46 M3's are still gorgeous cars. I would love one too.
Sad story: The husband of a woman I know traded his E46 M3 for a, hold on to your hats, Lexus SC430.  Obviously not a car guy but rather a guy who likes to own highline cars for the sake of owning them and definitely not a guy who would have ever driven the M3 like it was meant to be driven. I suppose the M3 is better off without him.

incredible how the prices have dropped huh? I paid almost 60K new for my 03.. sold it 1.5 years ago for 49K.
