sounds like these idiots didn't RTFM. It's pretty damn easy. As others have said, hit the M button on the steering wheel. Done.

I have one for each day of the week... and a few M5s. All you do is hit the button, unless you're like me and always leave it in 500hp mode

Tiff Needele > Jeremy Clarkson

And for those wanting to see what 100hp difference can make, check out this vid when the guy puts the M5 in 400hp mode. Looks like he's friggin crawling.

Brian- there's a CNet TV OnDemand feature all about the M6. It's 4 minutes long and it'll answer all your questions- see if you can take a look at it online or on your cable system.

As posted, it is VERY easy. My partner has an M5 and i have a lot of time in a new M6. SIMPLE!

For what it is worth, the M6 is simply out of this world!

Here are two we just did:

This one just "died" an untimely death in the Malibu canyons:

This one is a pro Basketball'ers car:

Thanks
Brad

Oh, cool! I didn't know we had Brad from Evosport on X5World.

By untimely death, do you mean the driver should have done more driver education (DE) classes before hitting the canyons??? The silver one looks nicer... not feeling the red touches on the black one.

Thanks - really happy to be here and be an X5 owner (the X5 is so much nicer then the X3 it replaced).

Yea, I dunno. He is a pretty good driver, sometimes bad things happen to good people. It is just sad to see that car go - he still had more parts on order with us even!

I am sure he will have another soon enough.

thanks
Brad
