Whistle A few weeks ago, our M3 hit the 60k mile mark!!

Yeah, I know I haven't been posting much lately--been busy with a couple vacations in July and then having to play catch up with work when you get back. Sometimes, you just need a vacation from the vacation!!

Anyhow, a few weeks ago, the M3 made it 60K miles and yes, it is running fine. The S54 motor has not blown up and the SMG tranny is working well.

The M3 will probably will need new struts/shocks and will probably get a set of KONIs.

Sorry for the blurry pix...I just happened to notice it was goin' to turn 60K and used my Treo to take the pic (didn't have my powershot).

Alas, the M3 has over 61.5K miles now since we just got back from a trip to Carmel!

What do you get when you combine power and reliablity ... right ... an M product.

I hope those 60,000 miles were plenty of fun and I'm sure there will be more to come.
