Thoughts: 2001 bmw 330i as second car
Thanks to everyone on my previous posts. You guys are very helpful and knowledgable. Definitely appreciate your thoughts on the following... There is a particular 330i for sale in my neighborhood that I have an eye on. It is a 2001 330i sport package, leather, 5-speed stick with 135,000 miles for $10,500 asking price Anybody have experience with or a strong opinion on the 2001 330i? Good or bad experiences? Am I walking into a maintenance nightmare? |

What do you think a fair price would be? Also how many miles did you get out of your clutch?

Condition Value Excellent
$10,825 Good $9,925 Fair $8,735 This is the KBB value for a Private seller, I would try to get it for the fair market value |

That seems kinda high $ price wise.
I have a second car, a saab convertible. I got a convertible because it's a way different vehicle than a SAV. I sold a '99 Saab 9-3 convertible with 40k miles on it for about 9k a few years back. (now I have a new one) Just an idea, but I like the differention in the two vehicles.
