16:9 monitor won't dim anymore on E46

Hi,

Suddenly without any OS upgrade or any change or so my original monitor won't dim anymore, no within the set menu, not when i turn on my lights. I have my sat nav original on my car, it's no retrofit; i updated the OS to V29 but it didn't fix my problem.

All the other buttons dim normally when supposed to...

Anyone can help me out here?

Thx in advance, at night my car inside is very bright for the moment :-)
