BMW display @ NY Auto Show did have a back room so I assumed there was a BMW Owner's Lounge...luckily I brought the BMW keys, but then I saw this guy there conversing with a lady and actually he seemed a little angry and upset that there was no BMW Owner's Lounge. The lady stated that it would cost them about $3K/day to use the space as a BMW Owner's Lounge. She said the space was used for the press earlier. I should have brought my old Mercedes keys because it looked like their lounge was open!

For those of you who saw/sat in one, how was the interior compared to the standard X5 Xdrive50i? Alcantara headliner? Just curious.

The vehicle definitely looks lower, how was entry/exit without running boards? Difficult at all?

TIA!

Nice pics! Both the X5 and X6 M are going to be beasts.

I know it is completely superficial, but I am digging the stripes on the engine cover. It reminds me of t-shirts from the 1980's, but in a modern-ish way, if that makes any sense at all.

I am seriously considering one of these to replace my M5. Not sure yet. Have a $500 deposit down on a #1 order slot. We shall see...
