You are very fortunate bmwman3241, congrats. At that age, to have one of the best & fastest auto's in the industry, it's only in most boys (teenager's!) dreams.

In the meantime, let me express my first thoughts when I read your post... , then , then ....but logic quickly came back to me... Enjoy your new ride. Don't forget the pics.

I think it might be the 60k a year for my education...

After all this..i'm gonna get an X5M...PREOWNED!

..i think the only reason I'm driving around in an X5 and my brother is in an 02 explorer is because i wash every single car in my house..multiple times a week. I wonder how much money ive saved my parents from having to go to car washes??

I definitely envy you. but i cannot complain either.. a 2004 4.4 is nothing to sneeze at

As long as you appreciate and take care of your cars i have no problem with you. there are WAY to many kids my age who get great cars from their parents and dont take care of them..

$60K/year is a bit high...should be around ~$40K...still expensive but $60K is not even Harvard territory. Study hard, plan well, dream...and an X ///M will be possible
