A few more tweaks

While the truck was at the shop having the 3M replaced (another thread) I had them add a few things. I took in the factory wheels (which I am using as snow tires) and had them powder coated to match (pretty close) to my summer 215s. While not exact, they look fantastic.

I have been a diehard user of the V1 laser/radar for years. I decided to install the Escort 9500ci. I still have my Laser Interceptor installed but decided to add the 9500 because of the marking and auto learning features. I was just getting tired of the V1 going off everywhere. Looks good and will comment more about it in a couple of days. Here are some pics of where they installed the display, control and USB port.

Anytime. I have to head back to IND sometime. I need to put the factory springs back on. These lowered springs feel like they are klilling the truck. Also, supposed to get the ESS chip mod.

Thats good to know. I was in BC yesterday and saw an X5M lowered. It looked sweet but not if its killing the ride.

Trips has his lowered as well. Last I spoke with him he didn't mind it. The roads here in Wisconsin are just not conducive to it being lowered. I have bottomed out the suspension and it sounds as if the truck is being torn apart. I do love the look.
