I would have loved to gotten another X5M when everything started with mine. However, after arguing for 4 months about it, and getting every excuse I could, I no longer wanted to give my money to BMW.

5K difference comes from the fact that I had a nice discount. Got a discount for switching out wheels to 20s from 21s and they are giving me a nice trade in. So, all in all, not a bad deal from my perspective.
