i did a perf deliv on my m5 , it was awesome !! will def do it again , i drove back to ny withe car and it was funnnn !! you get to beat on theyre cars then drive home in yours !!
my x5m was @ dealer in stock otherwise i def wouldve done it again !! im gonna do it again when the new m5 comes out !!

This is the best deal that I got after haggling with a few dealers:
Base 79,950$ (planning to order after Oct 1, they told me that the price goes up then) Perforated Merino leather 3460 Active Ventilated Seat 1730 Driver assistance 1730 Cold weather 545 Comfort keyless entry 910 Premium sound 1000 Climate 635 BMW apps 230 Side camera 275 Destination 875 Training 200 Which equals 91540$. The deal he gave me was for 91840 or 300$ over invoice+tax+title 3M kit that covers the front end and the rocker panels on the side 300$ +installation charge Could u guys please comment on the price and if there is any further room for negotiation. Planning to do the Performance center delivery..therefore the 3M coating I think I will get done in SC before the drive back to home.... If I buy it my payments with no money down and 2.9% works out to 1850/mnth approx If I lease: 20K miles/yr for 3 yrs: 1960 down and 1650/mnth payment My client agent was advising me to lease rather than buy as I will be putting a lot of miles on it: around 90miles/day.... I think if you are being offered invoice on a new car you are getting a good deal. Is it possible to take another few hundred if you really tried, sure anything is possible

Thanks guys for reply. Using ZAG, I am getting quotes of 91,505. Dealer invoice is 91,105. I.e 400$ over invoice. Issue is that I probably won't order before October 1. They told me that the dealer invoice price goes up by 500$ on oct 1? That would make dealer invoice 91,105+500=91,605. am I doing something wrong? Also what do u guys think about leasing....I will probably put 20,000miles on car/yr.

If I am not wrong with my math, you can order before October 1st and get a 2013 MY car. 400 over invoice is a good deal, pretty much what lemans found as well. Honestly I would not sweat the couple of hundred up and down, a full tank of gas is going to cost you 100$.
As far as lease vs buy, my approach is buying is always better unless you can tax deduct your lease or business pays for it otherwise it never turns out cheaper plus the car is never yours to do with it what you want. |

Are you sure 2013 model is coming in October? 2012 came out in April 2011. Although with X6 facelift the new regular X5 like "bright white angel eyes" are coming to X5M. That's the only change I heard in X5M's near future.
