Sorry, the rest of my edited message didn't send. It shouldn't be a big deal, I had the same problem on my old E53s aftermarket headlights, (Had LED and Xenon everything, + additional LEDs and Angel eyes) Just needed a few resistors and it was fine.

From what I remember there are 2 parts for each side, the headlight and a LED light module which goes behind it. The module is not cheap. You need both to make it work.

I see, so if you have module along with the headlights then its plug and play? Also, any coding that would have to be done to the ecu to make it work?

According to the latest ETK, an official retrofit kit is available for X5M and X6M. Can anyone provide the retrofit instruction?

Retrofit kit, headlights with LED 63132297442
Instructions come with the kit. The kit is US$6000. An expensive mod. I rather spent my money elsewhere.

I noticed that the LED headlight retrofit kid is only available for ECE LHD version cars, not available for RHD cars. According to the eBay list, in the Ask a Question, it seems just as simple as swap in and out, no need for wiring harness and code. Is it true?

I understand that the retrofit instruction is included in the retrofit kit, can someone who ordered the retrofit kit upload the retrofit instruction here? I am planning to upgrade my X5M to adaptive LED headlights, but since there is no official kit for RHD cars, so I have to collect all the parts separately myself instead of buying the kit, therefore I need to know what parts are included in the kit and how to do the retrofit job. Thanks!
