Out of 1 year storage- Audio now not working

Out of 1 yr storage - No Radio audio (bluetooth included)
A few weeks ago I purchased a friends x3. It was sitting in his driveway for a year. He claimed to have started it every week or so. Nonetheless the audio doesn't work. My bluetooth can connect to the car, however no audio can be heard.

As for the radio, it turns on and is functional, except no audio. My other friend works for Autologic and he scanned the car. Cleared 30 or so faults, but there were none with the radio. In addition to scaning the car he took the car out of 'transport mode' which would disable the a/c and radio. We also coded 'RAD' and still nothing. During scanning the radio responded to Autologic, and every thing tests out but still no audio...

ANY IDEAS???

you did check all the fuses, right? and the DSP (if so equipped) responded to the computer, right?

it seems that you have some mechanical issue (EDIT: ) *with a connector being loose or dislodged* or a fuse issue - the radio itself has a fuse on it, separate from the fuse bank...

you did not specify if your car has navigation (radio located in one spot) or has no navigation (radio is in diff location).

Please, give us more technical details about the ride, other then your nickname, it is hard to tell what your 2005 X3 has... or, doesn't have...
