Can someone pls advise what these codes may mean?

Hey guys,
Bought an 04 X3 2.5 with the engine light on, I was told it was an O2 sensor.
The codes are P2096 P0420 and P0430
From my basic research I think it might be something else...
Could it be bad Cats? CCV? Any trouble shooting you can recommend?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, doesn't seem like it would be the O2 sensors, according to those links.

How many miles on your X3? I'm not a mechanic or anything, but I'd probably start with any deferred maintenance, like spark plugs or injector cleaner. If that doesn't work, you might need a new cat.
