Sunroof Drain Clogged

G'day guys. Have had an irritating problem occur with my 2017 X3. Found the drivers footwell was sopping wet. Could not figure it out at all. Three other wells were dry. Took it to my dealer who was on to it straight away. Apparently the sunroof drain is a) too narrow in diameter and b) is easily clogged and c) you need an air gun to clear it. You can't do any maintenance to keep it clean as it can just be dust!! Has anyone else had an issue?
