2012 X3 M Sport Package for $52K, too much?

I currently own an 2002 X5 4.6is. I'm looking to get a new X3. I live in Florida and the dealer near me is quoting $52K for a 2012 X3 w/ M Sport Package (also has the premium and technology package). What do you guys think? Is that price fair or too much? Your help is much appreciated.
