More air in more, more air out=airbox and lower restriction exhaust. Combine that with engine software to get most out of it. Exhaust manifolds are quite good and decent headers are a poor investment based on performance gain per $$$ spent. Stock intake manifould will handle more air in. Transmission software will help keep the engine in the power band. some like how the X pipe changes the sound and it may improve extraction. How far do you want to go? VAC doesn't offer heads for the M62 engine. They might work on your existing heads if you can do without them or buy other heads to send them. The flow on M62 is pretty good and when you cost out headwork it will be even better. The value equation of performance gain per $$$ spent on heads is miserable unless on an all out racing engine. A supercharger kit will set you back $7-8 grand.

How much do you want to improve 0-60 time? It is pretty easy to give you a good idea how much you will have to spend and the best mods to get you there with that information.

To be fair, I went in looking for N62 heads, not m62. We were both wrong haha
