Good choice they are well built and work well on the X5s.

Do you know if they changed the transfer case fluid and the fluid in both differentials? As for the transmission fluid change, there are two schools of thought on this and it has been discussed ad nauseum. You can use the search function to read up on that and there are a few great DIY's for changing all of these. Bav Auto has a good DIY on the ATF change too. I don't DIY anything I'm not comfortable with, but these are all pretty straightforward. I took mine to a DIY garage that you can rent a bay with a lift for $25/hour. NYC probably has some of these too. I have plenty of tools, but the place I go to also has all of the tools you would ever need too.
I have a friend who's doing all the work for me at his spare time so I'm saving a lot on labor. He's using all OE parts and fluids so hopefully he will be done soon but until then he let me use his z4 in the mean time.

Replaced seat module and telescopic steering now works. Next issues are dead pixels and airbag light for passenger air bag and side curtain airbag due to faulty inflators. But I think I'll let airbags rock as is because it still passes I spection.

I did flush the system put new coolant in and changed the expansion tank. All other hoses been replaced in 2012 and look good I forgot to check thermostat though. When I do next oil change I'll take a look at it. It blew up because there was too much coolant in there and expansion tan was cheap Chinese garbage.
