Wippers noise

Put new bosch wipers and they are doing noise, i clean the windshield few times and nothing, what i can do?? Any trick??

Lube all the pivot/friction points on the wiper links (plastic cover below windshield needs to be removed). Also lube the rubber discs that the shafts rotate in. Lithium grease spray should do the trick.

The noise is the wipper blade, the grease work ok that??

Blade on glass noise
Solutions
Clean glass with Bon Ami Bon Ami a product that will lift the grease, oil, and road trash from the glass. RINSE with hose water.
Clean blade with denatured alcohol and a paper towel. Air dry.

The above works if the blade has even contact and constant pressure across the swipe range. The arms over time loose their ability to hold the blade to the glass due to the following:
Age of spring
Metal arm twisted and binding
Metal hinge on arm locking due to lack of lube.
Ensure the arm pivots are lubed the locking bolts are tight. As posted above they are under the plastic windshield base cover.

I've come to find that even with clean glass & blades, dry rubber pivots & arm link posts/bushing will cause a "stick/slip" movement. This jittery movement transfers up the wiper arms, causing blade shutter.

After many years of service sometimes the arms just need to be retired. There is actually a SAE spec out there on blade to glass pressure required for a clean wipe element (the rubber part of the blade) operation.

I would bet that most vehicles over 10 yrs old, that have not seen regular lube maintenance (ALL body/accessory friction points, lubed every spring/fall), will need new wiper links & shaft bushings for proper wiper operation.

Steel wool pad (0000 grade) with some glass cleaner, followed by a wipe-down, then clay bar, another wipe-down. I added a base carnuba cleaner wax (yes I waxed my glass) and the wipers have been quiet and smooth ever since.

Did this to my girls e46 as well as she had noisy Bosch Icons. Also solved the issue, and keeps the water off while driving in the rain.

I wax my glass also.
OLD stuff, not sure they make it anymore - found it buried in my parents garage years ago.
Gives a good "slip" to the wipers, water beads off and glass stays cleaner longer.
