N62 external Transmission cooler
Posting this because hoping to save someone the headache I went through.
I used b&m supercooler 70266 Get the hose and fittings from a real auto parts store not autozone or advanced since they don't have a clue how to get the correct hose and autozone fittings almost ruined my cooler. I used Napa h1706 hose 1/2" id 7/8" od 7/8 drill bit Brass 1/2 in npt to 1/2 in hose fittings 2 half inch brass hose splicers I bypassed my factory cooler completely But if I did it again I would probably splice into the return line of the factory cooler. Its new york winter and the transmission temp stay in the 50s and 600s Celsius The fittings leaked on the first start tightened it more and its been fine since ![]() ![]() ![]() Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk |

How is the cooler mounted?
How is it affixed to the other cooler? Is there a spacer between it and the other cooler, how much space? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
