Trifecta and Emissions Issues (INPA in DMV??)

I've read through numerous threads and have tried to get my vehicle through emissions over the past few months...to no avail.

Vehicle is 2001 X5 3.0

I have spent numerous mornings starting the car up, running idle for 3 min, 5 min @ 20-30 mph, 15 min @ 50-60mph, run idle 5 min. The two systems still not ready is secondary air and evap. Anyone have ideas on what could be wrong? I've seen postings where leak in hoses, but dont believe that to be an issue. I've seen where INPA can automatically turn the secondary air and evap systems on, but unfortunately do not have. Any ideas?

To further elevate my frustration, I also have the trifecta. It had the ABS module rebuilt as the speedo went out (swapped around speed wheel sensors and did not fix, but after rebuilt ABS back to normal). However the Trifecta was before the ABS rebuild and continues to exist.
The lights come on when I put the car in gear and pull forward a few feet and hear a clunking sound. I can drive in reverse all day without the trifecta appearing (if that helps trouble shoot).

I get error code Inlet Valve, Front Right...is this ABS Pump? ABS Module? Something else perhaps?

Read this entire bulletin to complete the drive cycle and pass all readiness monitors provided all of the components are working.

BMW Readiness Drive Cycle

You may want to try a new "hydro unit" which consists of the pump and manifold. Obviously, I would buy used since they don't commonly go bad. You will need access to the DIS or similar tester to perform the bleed procedure on the DSC system after replacing. The DSC module itself could be bad even though it was rebuilt.
