I put these on mine: More Information for POWER STOP K571826

$436 and coated

If you don't need to be that aggressive there's these: More Information for POWER STOP ESK5718

$318 and they are coated as well.

Here's a link to what I used since we are all posting availability and pricing. $245.95 for the whole job (discs, pads, and sensors) front & rear with coated rotors.

Front and Rear Brake Rotors & Ceramic Pads X5 2002 2003 4.6IS X5 2005 2006 4.8IS | eBay

Initial bite was slightly less compared to the OE rotors and pads. I attribute this to the ceramic pads, but they stop excellently and predictably with no shimmy or pull. Lower dust was a nice bonus too.

Which site do you guys order parts

Bavarian Auto Sports. ('05 X5 4.4) Has more operational part upgrades than styling parts. I like that. For me, it's more speed and performance than looks. Have a '70 chevelle that looks like total poop but the 426hp 4-bbl holly modified 350ci will def kick some ass.

Last time I did brakes I used Stoptech rotors and pads. I have also used FCP, BavAuto, Pelican and Turner for parts. Unless you are buying a well known brand I usually stay clear of fleabay.

I use ecstuning.com to order my parts most of the time. I've used pelican parts in the past and being able to pick them up rather than having them shipped to me is great (I'm about a 30 min drive from them.) FCP has better prices than ECS but I haven't used them yet but have been making a list for all the parts I need for my 3 projects and FCP has most of the parts for 10-20% cheaper

Surprisingly BMW of Fairfax Parts department has some of the lowest prices on the web. I constantly check BMW FFX vs ECS Tuning and the dealership is cheaper (on Geniune OEM parts).
