I'm running it the same way on the passenger side but having a hell of a time getting the carpet up enough to snake it from the rear up to the front like you did. Is there a difference between the two sides of the vehicle that's giving me such a hard time?

I ran mine down the passenger side in that link I posted. I simply removed the trim and tucked the wires under the carpet.

Any tips on removing the lower trim of the middle pillar? That's what's keeping me from really being able to pull the carpet up enough to get room to fit the harness.

The best I can remember I just moved the bottom out enough to get under the carpet. I didn't actually remove it.

Hi Crowz, an update on my install, was able to get the camera wiring figured out and tested up front, now I just have to do the actual install of the camera and running of the wires front to back.

But with the IBUS part of the install, I am a bit stuck. I see the wires in the big connector that you mention above, but I also had a white plug with 5 wires in it from my stock MID.

It clearly has the IBUS wire (white with blue/grey stripe and yellow spots) same as #9 in the big connector you mention, and it has a ground.

So I opened it up and connected the IBUS adapter white wire to the IBUS wire on that connector, the brown to ground, and the red to the 12v+ on the #7 fuse in the glove box as you suggested, but when I turn on the vehicle, the headunit gets power as the keys light up, but my screen stays completely blank...

I couldn't figure out what was happening, so I removed the IBUS wiring that I just did, and the headunit went back to working as normal...

What could be the issue? Should I not use the white plug for these connections and just do them from the big black plug connector as you had mentioned earlier?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
