Well the wood blocks flew apart from the pressure.

The porta power is setup as a bottle jack right now with logging chains thru the rim spokes. I have max psi that the porta power can do applied right now. The bmw is grinning at me.

It was not impressed.

I am at this point either going to take the bottle jack out of my shop press and use that or I may resort to the tractor.

Wheels off

I was about to use the backhoe tractor on it and was talking to a friend who has a repair shop and he said bring it by. So I took it over for him to have a try at it.

Old school hammer time on it while someone turned the wheel and they beat it off hitting the rim itself on the backside. Backside of the rim isn't very pretty anymore but its fixed now. They ground down the hub for me too so its completely fixed.

Now I just need to change the brake pads today.

Nice to close that chapter! Many will learn from your mistake. I've hammered on that part of the hub while doing CV or bearing replacing and caught myself before causing enough dent to cause a problem.

Hoping the rim damage is only cosmetic.

Oh I got the brakes changed just now. So that's off the list of things to do.

As a cautionary tale for the rest of us you definitely get the credit.

Good to hear it's fixed!
