Readiness for Emissions
I have no faults and can't get my secondary air system to ready and one O2 monitor to get ready. I reset the truck with Rheingold about 1000 km ago and can't get it to get the last 2 to get ready. Help!!!

Which O2 sensor? I'm having they same problem but it's the heater circuit.
Is your sap running for 90 seconds at startup and is the sap valve operating?

In the chart below...you will see all FOUR criteria that must be accomplished (on the top half of the chart)....and what is typed on the lower half of the chart is the part of the emissions system that is being tested. Unfortunately by the number of times it is asked...you do NOT have to follow each in the exact time limit. If you do the 1st step but it takes you longer to get to a stretch of road to perform the 2nd or 3rd step etc...then just make sure you do NOT go over the speed and RPM limit (given in the chart) and when you get to a stretch of road that allows you to perform the other 3 test...do so (following the criteria outlined in the chart):

I assume I should always keep the RPMs under 3000 during all the tests, but can I downshift? Or coast until it almost stalls and then push the clutch in and let it idle 5 minutes?
I would think the RPMs under 3000 on a manual is the key to the first three cycles.

I just drive to Chicago and back. Has set all monitors every time. Do you have an errand you can do that involves half an hour of highway driving and half an hour of city driving? I use the generic obd reader on foxwell or the app on my phone to confirm before I take the car in.
