I had a leak but mine was actually at the pump. One of the grommets was shot was was causing my leak. You might need to remove the shroud to get a better view of the line.

Center of engine ?
Does it leak when the engine is cold. Could be pump. Could very well be the cap....when the engine is hot, it warms it and with no room to go (pressure). it vents out. Fill tank and observe ... |

That is a good point, I failed to mention that I had replaced the cap, and yes, I would leak when the engine was hot, but I made a small hole on the cap and the leak decrease a lot, but still leaks after driving for a while...

But even if the hole is bigger and the leak decrease there's a leak somewhere, no?

I think the theory is that the heat causes pressure to build up in the tank and force fluid out of the pump grommets.
But it will only require a very small hole in the cap to default the pressure build up. It sounds to me like to do have a leak somewhere. There are a number of plastic junctions and check valves that can fail and leak. Check on RealOEM to see where they all are.

I replaced one pump about two months ago and then another about a week later. Both had cracked themselves and the fluid was coming out slowly.
When it started, I messed around with the cap and went through about a gallon of fluid. Finally just pulling off the pump to inspect closer could see where it was seeping. When I started loosing fluid again a week or so later, I immediately went to the other pump and sure enough, same deal. Replaced both with pumps from Amazon. Thankfully it was a cheap and easy fix x 2.

I think it's somewhere behind the panel, even when dripping both pumps seem dry...

https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=61_1327 Do you have headlight washers? It's possible the leak is up front and running back on one of the under-shields before it drips to the ground. the headlight washer hoses/junctions are well-known to leak. https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=61_1326
