Turning off turn signals as park lights?

I was playing around with PA soft 1.4 trying to code the lcm to my liking and couldn’t figure it out and maybe it’s just not possible?

I like to turn my parking lights to turn on my angel eyes during sunset with the fogs (when headlights are overkill) The only thing I don’t like is having the turn signals staying on at the same time.

I don’t mind when they are on when the headlights come on but couldn’t get it to work.

With PA soft, under lcm coding it gives me the option of turn signals as side lights and turn signals as parking lights. When I toggle between them they just stay on. If I uncheck both, obviously they are off but still don’t come on when I headlights on.

Anyone running the setup I’m looking for?

Are you trying to delete the amber parking lights to have halos only? You can but the amber lights will only be turn signals and will not be on parking lights even with headlights on. Is this what you want?

Ok let me clarify, sorry if my OP was confusing.

I want the turn signals to stay on only when I turn on my headlights and not when I just turn on my parking lights.

So far I've been only able to have them be off all the time and only work as turn signals.

Ah, understood. No way of doing that that I know of. I was also able to delete the parking lights but it just looked odd with headlights on. Looked good in parking light mode though with just the halos.

Exactly, looks good with the turn signals off because it accentuates the angel eyes but does look odd when headlights come on, like it’s missing something.

Just thought I was doing something wrong as pa soft gives me two options but only works to completely turn them off.

andrewwynn will become famous soon enough
My car the turn signal lights ARE the parking lights. I recently tried to switch to LED turn signal lights and it wouldn't work because apparently LCM uses pwm to make the dim parking level.

That bring said I had to switch back to Incan because parking light no longer worked. If you put in LED turn signal it will disable parking lights front and blink amber. You can code out the fast blink due to the low current draw.

I have my LED bulbs without a home. They were $20 maybe they could find a few home

That’s how the facelift e39s are and how my X5 is set up.

AFAIK NCS expert will give you a lot more possibilities when it comes to coding lights. It's a bit of a rabbit hole to go down though.

Sorry. Off topic. I'm in the middle of other mods. My new Halos will be switchback.

I'm still keeping the corners. I'm debating

Should I employ only the outer ring as part of turn
Or Both rings (meaning all halos as turns on left and right)
