The corrosion will be under the relay you can't really see it. I've mapped out where you need to add a tiny jumper I use 30ga wire. Important update: put some glue at the ends of the wire so they won't break from shaking over time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Thanks for locating that I didn't have the time. measure the Ω between the spots marked by the Green arrow and the yellow arrow. My bet is that they don't read as a short meaning the trace is corroded away.
Add the yellow jumper and if needed the lower green jumper and you should be back in action. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
