Got all four tires changed (BUT had alignment 10 days ago-do I need it again now?))

What he's saying is logical. Warped rotor will likely cause your symptoms. I'd you turn the tire and hear pulsing scraping sound it's the pads touching the rotor because the rotor is out of square. It's usually a very subtle thing and the main symptom is a minor shake in the wheel at high speed.

That you noticed after changing tire is most likely just coincidence. You mentioned earlier you "just recently" did the handsfree test so it could have been theter a long time.

That being said. A gentle turn or repeating gentle S curve in your lane should make the wiggle go away and reappear if it's the control arm and not if it's the rotor.

ok gentle S turn at 65mph i pretty sure the wiggle will go but need to find a road clear enough and empty enough to attempt this....hmmm ok as for rotors so raise the car with jack keep it in N and try turn wheels and listen for scraping noise or excessive free movement?

Minor wiggle not causing the wear. Rapid wear almost always from incorrect toe alignment.

Take a string like you'd use for mapping out a garden and tie a nail to the end, hook that into the tread and wrap around the center of the tire front to back, tire another nail such that when stretched you can hook into the tread of the opposite axle.

Stretched front to back right at the center of the hub height it will become very obvious if the tires front and back are aligned.

The tires should all be about 1/16" closer to center of the car at the front.

Add a spacer like a 1/16" drill bit to hold the front edge away from the front of the front tire and the string should be absolutely straight and just barely touching the back of the tires

Whenever you have unusual tire wear it is a good idea to have the suspension checked for wear before purchasing new tires. And, also a good idea to have the vehicle aligned prior to or just after purchasing new tires as over time the vehicle can get out of alignment and that's a good time to get it checked. Should have tires road force balanced if available. I read that you aligned the rear. Did you also have the front end aligned? Does the shake happen under braking? Does the suspension have 75,000 or more miles on the parts? I never accept coincidences if something else is wrong after I have done work. If the shake started directly after the work or tire change I would be checking the work done and eliminate that as a cause first.

Just prior to all four wheels being installed(and being balanced) had an alignment
Got 83500 miles on clock (front thrust bushing changed twice so far and wishbone up front and aligned after this)
Prior to recent alignment had rear so called rose bushings replaced and link 6 as in pic
No shake under breaking at all
As for shake dammit not sure if it was there before all this work...as was not in the habit of letting the steering go to see......

I observed something odd last nite on the empty highway, but will recheck before reposting...
