Injector advice

right had a few problems found cause hopefully
1 split boost pipe solution buy a new 1
2 two injectors filled leak off bottle in 90seconds so need fixing
option 1 recondition 115 each plus vat
option 2 second hand 1's 60 each
spoke to scrap yard said any problems they'll exchange
if i put in and do a leak off test and there like all the others that's all i can do?
also won't it be better than putting 2 recondition 1's back they'll put more pressure on the others?
if i'm talking rubbish PLS say so
Thank you

On this side of the pond we have services that will recondition injectors for about $24US each. Do you have that option? They typically test them and let you know if they are within spec as part of the deal.

wpoll will become famous soon enough
I'm guessing this is on a 3.0d (the bit about the boost pipe gives it away) so the injectors are often more expensive....

Which is more valuable to you - money or time?

BTW Cozzie81, rather than starting a new thread, you might want to update your other one.
