Water Pump On Its Way Out?

Hi everyone, yesterday when starting my X5 I heard this weird noise from the engine bay. Sound is predominantly present near the water pump area like a bearing or something is about to go out. On top of that when I first started the car I heard some weird noise like something was being washed around inside the engine. (It was really weird kind of hard for me to describe but can't replicate the noise again after numerous starts).

In addition, the idle isn't the same as before it sounds like an irregular heartbeat like instead of the normal V8 pur its more like a dun dun dun dun.

I will attach some video clips of what I heard the other day when I started my car. Could my suspicions about the Water Pump being on its way out correct? My car currently has around 130,900 miles.

First Video: Noise can somewhat hear the irregular heartbeat sound if you listen very closely + revs

Second Video: You can hear this weird like sloshing noise (sorry if my explanations are weird, its just idk how else to explain it) but you can hear the irregular idle, like something is in the engine.
https://youtu.be/eemuhJhyAUM

Third Video: Clip of the exhaust idling, here you can hear the dun dun dun dun idle

Has anyone ever experienced this? First my E90 has an issue and now this pops up out of nowhere. Gotta Love BMW

Thanks in advance for your help!

How's your Power Steering pump?
It's in the same general area.
A stethoscope helps (if you can keep it out of the moving parts that is)

Thanks for the reply. The Power Steering Pump is fine. I double checked my car again last night and found that there was literally no coolant in the expansion tank (which I'm unsure why my car didn't give me an alert) and then I saw dried splatter stains on a couple of hoses. When I let the car run I also noticed some water being thrown to different areas so I am certain my water pump is beginning to leak and I have ordered the parts to replace.
