I guess it could be dependent in the specific tire on the vehicle. I have about 8,000 miles on my Conti Extreme Contact DWS now with almost zero wear running at those pressures. The ride was noticeably different from 35 to 30 in the rear.

32 psi all around with 19s.

Was running around 36 but changed to lower and ride comfort greatly improved.

I've got the 235/65R17s so it's not an apples to apples comparison, but I keep all four at 34 psi unless loaded with luggage and the PWC trailer, then I boost the rear to 38.

Now on the CEO's 428i with 235/45R18 run-flats, I keep hers at 32 psi to strike a good balance between even wear and not knocking your teeth together.

2014 428i 65,000 miles

2001 325i sold at 66,000 miles

32psi all round on both sets 255/50 19 - 285/45 19 staggered as well as 235/65 17 all round. Usually just me in the car. In the event of higher load, longer trips, etc I’d add 5 psi to the rears.
