Effduration is on a distinguished road
just went thru this. I took a torch and heated up a screwdriver red hot. I then pressed it into the remaining threaded half off the blue drain plug, creating a slot. Easy peasy.

In that case you are referring to the secondary air hose that runs from each cylinder head. The o-rings are 14x1.8mm, BMW #07119901511
