4.6is Cluster test - broken oil temp stepper motor?

Recently, I noticed my oil temp gauge is dead, so I did cluster test and looks like the stepper motor isn't working.
How difficult is it to replace stepper motor?
Couple years go, I've done cluster pixel repair successfully, but never done stepper motor.

If you managed to do pixel repair then stepper motor should be quite easy for you.

Actually it could be that the needle is only jamming against the cluster face. That is the only needle which can be just pulled out without risking the needle motor spring. First lift the needle past the stopping tap. Using a piece of masking tape on the face and mark the rest position of the needle. Then just pull the needle out. Now you could first install the needle loosely on the axle and test if the motor is actually working normally. If you need a new motor it has to be that same one which on other similar type clusters is used as consumption gauge. When removing the motor remove screws and gently pry out the motor which is hold on the board by contact pins. It's advisable to use some masking take on the board where you pry the motor.

You didn't mention if you removed the needles when doing pixel repair or used the hack method of drilling holes from the face side to remove display cover screws.
