Since tyres were mentioned, are they four identical tyres with similar wear?

Are they unidirectional? Had a tire shop mount my M5 throwing stars the wrong way, but they had the directional tire correct. When I pointed out that they had it mounted in the wrong direction they took me around my BMW and pointed out that the direction of the tire were correct. I took them around and pointed out that two of the wheel was mounted backward. If they mount the wheel correctly the tire direction will be wrong. Boy was he piss when he had to unmount the two tires swap the tires and rebalance them. BMW the ultimate headache machine.
