E13 and E14 are your front headlights. The LCM looks like it has 3ish fuses here on this diagram. This is from Newtis.info and it's a great place to check this sort of info. But to better answer your question, just pull the connector to the headlight housing itself to prevent accidental HV discharge.

Yehaaww
I assume the power connector is the one with the large gauge wires yellow with blue stripe on one side the and yellow with green stripe and brown ground on each side.
If that’s it I’m having trouble unlatching the connector🤪 Thanks Mike

The only real danger is if somebody else goes in the car and bumps the turn signal. The car will fire up the low beams to light your path to the house.
No welding risk It's stupendously low current. Not sure how many mA but very likely on the order of a really bad static shock. I've probably generated 12kv rubbing my feet on a wool carpet and touching a radiator to discharge. Praise Jesus I was using a key to discharge. About 20mm arc! That works out to about 11.25kv! I didn't unplug my headlights fuse when I swapped my bulbs or when I changed the actual headlights. Just be careful nobody can get in the car. .. Or locate the fuse

Yeah, they can be tight. Clips either side and straight pull back.
