Most likely it goes to the oil separator valve underneath the intake manifold. It's probably #6 in this picture.

No doesn't go to the separator, I replaced the CCV system. It's a small diameter hard line (similar to the type of hard vac line that goes to the fuel filter) and doesn't attach to any part of the CCV.

Not sure what EM is I use a foxwell scanner and the term it uses is reset adaptations.

I had several O2 sensors fail within a year. You definitely need to watch some real-time numbers and fuel trims. Odds are good it's an MAF problem or vaccum or exhaust leak (think sap gasket).
