4.4/4.6/4.8 rear caliper dust boot replacement

Hi all.
So I just bought a set of used rear calipers and I wanted to fully rebuild them but I can't find any way to remove the dust boot. I removed the piston and everything else from the caliper body. I've cleaned everything and am ready to reassemble the parts but I can't get the boot back over the piston.
Is there a way to remove the dust boot somehow??? It seems fused onto or pressed onto the caliper permanently and ive been pulling hard. Hard enough to the point that I don't care if I rip (yet it's NOT ripping). Argh.
Any advice please?

I rebuilt 4.6is calipers not long ago, and iirc the dust boots were a little tricky. I used a pick tool to get them off, which was the easy part. Getting them reseated was a bit more frustrating. Use lots of brake fluid as lubricant.

I have a 90° pick tool and can NOT get the boot to unseat from the caliper at all. I'm debating on cutting it off, IF a replacement boot is made, and then I'll learn why that one is perma-sealed (or so it feels) on. I'm just rebulding to sell so I was hoping to not have to cut off perfectly good boots.
PS I have Raybestos Hydraulic brake assembly fluid and its amazingly nice for the rebuild.

Found a great video for an E46 that is exactly the same for an e53 rear caliper
The damn dust boot has a metal ring embedded in boot that caught me by surprise as it press fits over a metal lip on the caliper.

And for good measure, here is how to remove front dust boots during the rebuild.
Very simple if you have the proper tools and assembly fluids and patience.
