Hi Heat Copper gasket sealer spray

In doing the head gasket, has anyone used copper spray gasket sealer on the head gasket and other gaskets?
I have an MLS head gasket from Victor Reinz.
In a couple previous head gasket projects on M20 rather than the M54, VR gaskets were not the preferred brand due to leaking unless one used the copper gasket spray.
I'd rather not have to do this job twice.
The timeserts are all installed and it's about time to reinstall the head.

I have not used the copper spray sealer, and wouldn't in an M54.

I have heard mixed reviews of VR gaskets, but I do hear they work more than they don't.

For my M54 rebuilds, I like Elring head gaskets and (made in Germany ) Beck/Arnley head bolts #016-1048.
