Antenna, remote keys, amplifier, radio, FZV, 315 MHz

I've created myself quite a problem.
You can tell me how dumb I am, this is allowed.

I installed an aftermarket audio system, ran all the wires, new speakers, amp, sub etc. My friend helped me since I'm not into audio stuff.

Once everything was working, I was doing lots of work in the trunk and decided to remove the stock amp and sub as they were disconnected and no longer needed and getting in the way.

They were actually disconnected even before I bought the vehicle.

Then I saw big looms of wires, but the connectors were not connected anywhere, so I decided to remove them lol.
I thought I couldn't hurt anything since if the connector is not connected, all the wires must not be doing anything anyway, especially since stock amp and sub are gone. That's what I thought...

Well once the surgery was completed I found out I must've cut off some extra parts🤣 Good thing I'm not a surgeon

I guess the biggest thing that happened was that my remote key stopped locking and unlocking doors. The secondary problem was that my radio stopped working (which is probably just missing power and should not be hard to mix in order to revive my audio system).

Now I was poking around and I think I found some wires I must've cut by accident related to functioning of the remote.

Here are the wires which are cut at the Amplifier/trap circuit (if that's what it's called).
#4 in this diagram
Single parts f antenna-diversity | BMW X5 E53 X5 4.4i N62 USA

This is all I've been able to find.

Now I'd love to connect these wires wherever they're supposed to be going to get my remote working again.

If anyone knows where these wires are supposed to go, please let me know!

Here are a couple of pictures to show the 3 wires that are cut and that I suspect caused the remote function not to work

The black box is the antenna amp. So most likely co-ax cable to antenna, power and ground. Without a wiring diagram that would be my best guess.

I duckduckgo'd the part number.

I believe this is the antenna amplifier (N8 in Tis)

Or they could both be. I'm trying to find it in Tis but can't.

N8 is the antenna amplifier and remote locking signal goes directly from there to body module and that white/yellow wire is routed from the right side. So I can't see how those cut wires could affect remote function. Have you checked that fuse F86 (supply for antenna amplifier) is OK?

wpoll will become famous soon enough
I think all three cables are coaxial.

I think the large one is the main antenna feed for the radio (AM) from the module in the roof spoiler area.

The two smaller coaxes (one black and one white) are the diversity antenna cables from the rear and/or side windows - for the FZV and FM radio.

Not 100% sure on all the actual sources/destnations - but pretty sure they are all coaxial.... and therefore will require coaxial connector to repair (most likely).

You have both ends, right? Or have you removed the other half of those looms...?

*edit* - ok - that's a triple!!

Fuse 86 is fine but are you sure it's for amplifier?
It says

Wpoll all gone!

I just need to figure out where these wire go. Worst case I can get the other ends from a scrap yard. But I might have saved it somewhere.
To me only the thick wire looks like coaxial, other two look like normal wires.

I looked up a wiring diagram on tis of N8 (antenna amplifier). You're saying the box in my picture should be connected to it. But weirdly, it's not on the diagram!
My mysterious box is part 6906070 BMW E53 X5 antenna aerial amplifier trap circuit. Still trying to find it in tis to see where and how it connects.
