AT-205 has no solids etc it only affects rubber to make it softer to seal better. It saved me 5-6 quarts of oil and helped me punt on OFHG replace.

Slight update:

So I’m not the type to use a product like at-205. I’m more the type to just replace the part. But curious got me so I tied it. Well low and behold it stopped the leak and it has been leak free about two hundred miles. I do plan to fixed both seals but this saves some times. Thank you guys for all of your help.

At-205 is just to punt the real repair and help reduce the chance of damaging the motor in the meantime.

I would say ofhg, easy job ( if your mechanically inclined ).I did mine a few years ago, I got the gasket for about 5.00 .And still going strong, I would say give yourself 2 hrs for the job. Not a bad job to do. IMO.

I took the stiffening plate off a couple days ago to study figuring out and the entire bottom of the engine is soaked so I can't tell if just OFHG or also the oil pan gasket as well. I'll be doing a scrub and watch to determine. I've already got the pan gasket and the OFHG full kit comes wed.

The 205 wore off I'm leaving puddles every time I park now again. Worked great for a while though.

When my ofhg leaked,my whole stiffening plate was saturated with oil ,now it's all cleared up. The oil pan gasket could be a pain to do.I heard of people cutting the oil pan gasket to make the job easier. Not sure if it's a good idea.

I still plan to replace both but this gives me time to order the parts and plan out the job.

The only reason is if you can't get your axles out. I recently changed driver side so that shouldn't be a problem but I had to invent a tool to push the stuck axle out.

My passenger side needs a new cv boot so that needs to come out anyhow.

There is a small chance the pan gasket not leaking but impossible to tell with entire bottom of engine soaked.

I will probably buy a new egg crate foam before I replace the stiffening plate.

Does it work on the pan gasket? Mine was leaking a very tiny bit for a long time and just recently has started leaking a lot more. I usually take the week between Christmas and new years off, so that would be pan gasket replacement time since it will need to be down for a few days. Looking for something that could slow the leak in the mean time.
