I swear, I started to regret buying the X5.
Every day is a different small issue, I'm glad that I work from home and that I have another car to move around (2019 BMW 430i Grand Coupe with M package).
I truly hope the X5 is fully operational soon after the changing the battery and visit to the mechanic tomorrow AM.
Thank you guys for your support. I will keep adding updates to this thread.
God bless you all,

P.S. Yes, I'm aware it's hot outside.

Sounds like you have parasitic drain. Your X isn't "going to sleep" after 16 minutes like it's supposed to. Save yourself some money and pull the fuses for the telematic unit (blue tooth), the stereo, and the nav if you have it. After you charge the battery of course. The other item that causes parasitic drain is a bad FSR. If you pull those fuses and the battery doesn't die overnight you've narrowed it down. Plug one fuse in at a time and wait overnight to see if you lose the battery. The mechanic will do basically the same thing only he'll put an ammeter in the circuit to monitor draw when he pulls those fuses. You can troubleshoot it faster that way.
Also, depending on whether your X is 2004 or later, after teh battery is charged, lock up the car and check for the light by the shifter after 16 minutes. If it's still on, something isn't allowing the car to go to sleep and that's why your battery is draining. Good luck!
